You can literally be standing over your grill — about to drop a steak on it — and if you suddenly have a question, you can use your other hand to dial 1-855-LH-GRILL.
We collected questions from the staff here at KJZZ and called up a grill master in the Valley to test the hotline ourselves. Steven Lewis, our grill master, is also the managing partner of LongHorn Steakhouse in Paradise Valley.
