Phoenix temperatures hit a record cool on Saturday with a high of 83 degrees. Chris Kuhlman is a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Phoenix. He said the previous record was 82, but the cool weather won’t last long.
"We’ll be seeing probably temperatures over 100 degrees by Tuesday and then we’ll really start to warm up later in the week,” he said. “You could even see temperatures near 110 by Friday.”
Some areas got over an inch of rain on Saturday, causing minor flash flooding in Cave Creek.
