Comprehensive water policy seemed to be on the table for state lawmakers when they started their 2018 session in January. But by the time the session ended last month, that issue had been drowned out by several others.
Wednesday morning, the Arizona House Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Committee will hold its third of three hearings to get input on the most important water issues across the state.
