With President Donald Trump’s executive order Wednesday, the administration has changed course — at least a bit — on how it deals with undocumented immigrants seeking asylum in the United States.
The order changes the "zero tolerance" family separation policy. But deterrence is still an important component of what the administration is trying to accomplish.
