The Supreme Court returned a ruling this morning that President Trump’s travel ban on six Muslim-majority countries can continue.
In a 5-4 decision, the court wrote the president’s policy did have “a legitimate grounding in national security concerns” though Justice John Roberts added in the majority opinion, “We express no view on the soundness of the policy.”
