The sounds and images of mothers being separated from their children at the U.S.-Mexico border alarmed millions, and it eventually led to an executive order by President Trump to modify the related policy. This Thursday, First Lady Melania Trump was in Arizona to tour shelters and visit some migrant children.
But those actions haven’t sped up the reuniting of families.
