Bipartisan Bill Would Make Puerto Rico 51st U.S. State

Puerto Rico is still in serious recovery mode following the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria — and that includes a financial crisis that has only been exacerbated by the damage.

Fernando Rivera, an associate professor of sociology at the University of Central Florida, joined The Show to talk about it.
