What Americans May Or May Not Learn About U.S. Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh During Confirmation Hearings

While various interest groups are getting their messages out, Judge Brett Kavanaugh is expected to start meeting with the senators who’ll decide his U.S. Supreme Court confirmation.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell expects to hold confirmation hearings later this year.

But how will his nomination change the way the court decides which cases to take up, and how particular cases might be decided going forward?

To talk about those processes, Stefanie Lindquist, a foundation professor of Law and Political Science at ASU joined The Show.
