Arizona Attorney Who Sued 2,000 Businesses For ADA Violations Disciplined

More than two years ago, Phoenix-area businesses were being sued for failure to comply the Americans with Disabilities Act. Now the attorney who sued nearly 2,000 businesses has been disciplined.

Peter Strojnik has been suspended from practicing law until the State Bar disciplinary proceeding against him is completed. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge found quote “probable cause that Strojnik engaged in conduct that has caused or is likely to cause immediate and substantial harm to clients, the public, or the administration of justice.”

The order also found that Strojnik was willing to continue filing lawsuits and has filed lawsuits irrespective of rulings by other courts.
