Arizona Gov. Ducey Executive Order Seeks To Curb Legislative Immunity

Gov. Doug Ducey on Friday issued an executive order clarifying that law enforcement officers in the state may cite Arizona lawmakers for speeding and other violations.

That’s after a video went viral showing state Rep. Paul Mosely bragging to a sheriff’s deputy that he drives as fast as 140 miles per hour. Subsequent reporting has shown that was not the only time Mosely has been pulled over for speeding.

To talk about the governor’s executive order, Howard Fischer of Capitol Media Services joined The Show.
