Family Reunited And Detained, Parents On Hunger Strike

Migrant parents inside a Texas family detention center are currently staging a hunger strike.

The parents were reunited with their children after being separated at the Southern border but are now being detained together.

The Show talked to John Burnett, NPR’s Southwest correspondent, who has been covering immigration and the border.
