Attorneys for Texas and six other states told a federal judge in Houston on Wednesday that they’ll continue to incur irreparable harm if the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, isn’t ended right away.
This follows another federal judge’s ruling last week ordering the Trump administration to continue the program.
