A tree uprooted by an August 2018 monsoon storm on 14th and 52nd St. in Tempe.

Wednesday night’s monsoon storm left thousands of Phoenix-area residents without power and some roads closed due to flooding and trees uprooted.

It’s also left a kind of haze over the Valley.

With The Show to talk about that was Matt Pace. He’s a meteorologist with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality.
