Randazzo: Johnson Utilities Spat With Arizona Corporation Commission A 'Slow Moving Disaster'

Arizona Utility regulators have imposed a $600,000 fine on Johnson Utilities and threatened to revoke its right to do business.

That’s because the utility shut off water to customers, among other problems. It’s the latest struggle for Johnson Utilities which has dealt with a number of problems, including low water pressure and overflowing sewers.
