The message "Country First. Rest In Peace, Senator McCain: now appears on most statewide electronic billboards, according to an ADOT spokesperson.
Friends, family and constituents are gathering at the Arizona State Capitol today to pay their respects to McCain who died of brain cancer last Saturday at age 81.
