The Future Of Migrant Children's Education Raises Concern

Concerns over educating migrant children continue to grow.

Texas has decided not to use state money to provide instruction for students who are housed in federal detention. That has many concerned that partnerships with school districts will be affected, which will dramatically hurt the opportunity for children to learn.

A similar decision has not been made in Arizona, but what if it was?

Gabriel Trujillo, superintendent of the Tucson Unified School District, joined The Show to talk about it.

Steve Goldstein was a host at KJZZ from 1997 to 2022.
