Talking Stick Resort has announced it will remain closed through the month of September in order to repair its electrical system.
In addition to restoring power, the extra time will allow for some upgrades, according to a statement from Talking Stick released Friday night. The resort plans to refresh areas that haven’t been changed since it opened in 2010.
In early August when a rainstorm caused flooding and a power outage, resort guests were forced to evacuate.
Although the resort remains closed, Talking Stick Golf Club has reopened its North Course.
