Sen. John McCain was buried earlier this month at the U.S. Naval Academy, but his image and his voice have appeared in two ads released by the National Republican Congressional Committee — including one targeting the U.S. House campaign of Democrat Ann Kirkpatrick, McCain’s 2016 Senate opponent.
McCain’s family has expressed disappointment that the late Senator is being used to “weaponize this election cycle.”
