Controversy at the level of the Arizona Supreme Court is nothing compared to what we’re seeing in the Senate related to the appointment of a new Justice to the U.S. Supreme Court.
But some leaders of the #RedForEd movement and some supporters of the Invest in Education ballot initiative are expressing concerns about the ruling that knocked Invest in Ed off November’s ballot.
That includes the assertion that members of the Ducey administration knew how the seven state justices had ruled individually — and that the outcome was 5-2 against Invest in Ed.
