Former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio made headlines again Wednesday — months after he came in third in the Republican primary in the U.S. Senate race in August.
This time, it’s because he has filed a libel lawsuit against The New York Times and one of its columnists, Michelle Cottle, who wrote a column about him the day after he lost that race.
