Grand Canyon Employees Respond To Latest Leadership Shakeup At Park

The superintendent at Grand Canyon National Park has been reassigned, while the federal government conducts an investigation.

The nature of the allegations has not been disclosed.

Christine Lehnertz was appointed to the position in 2016, after the former superintendent left in the wake of an Office of Inspector General investigation into sexual harassment allegations and other workplace issues.

Annette McGivney, a freelance journalist based in Flagstaff and has written extensively about Grand Canyon National Park.

She joined The Show to talk about this latest leadership shakeup
