At the end of August, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled the Invest in Education measure could not appear on the ballot.
The justices did not give many details then, only saying voters were not told about enough of the initiative’s provisions when they signed petitions to put it on the ballot. On Friday, the court released its full opinion, including the actual vote count among justices.
