While Thanksgiving weekend may bring deals on holiday gifts, the day after Christmas appears to be the best time to buy a home.
ATTOM Data Solutions analyzed home and condo sales over the last five years. The database management company found just ten days of the year offered discounts below estimated market value.
They include seven days in December and one each in October, November and February. Discounts ranged from a low of $149 on December 8 to a high of $2,500 on December 26.
