Expert: Trump Border Shutdown Would Have Major Consequences For Arizona's Economy

After some Central American migrants attempted to rush the border wall on Sunday and were met with tear gas from U.S. agents, President Trump took to Twitter and issued a warning:

Now, it remains to be seen if the president will carry through on this threat — or what ports of entry would be closed in that case — but it’s raising concerns among many in the business world in border states, including Arizona.

The Show spoke with Erik Lee about this via Skype. He’s the executive director of the North American Research Partnership, a nonprofit think tank that researches border trade and economic development.
