If you’re hungry at all this weekend, it’s your own fault because the Food City Tamale Festival starts Saturday and goes through Sunday in Phoenix, and there will be more tamales than you could eat maybe in your lifetime.
One of the groups competing this year is comprised of eight sisters. Imagine how many tamales the eight of them are able to make!
The Show caught up with one of them, Maria Luisa Camacho, who told us how she and her sisters got started in this family tradition.
