Investigation Finds Some Police Departments Using 'Exceptional Clearance' To Clear Rape Cases

For some police departments across the country, there may be more to some of their crime statistics than it would appear.

It’s called "exceptional clearance."

Mark Greenblatt, the senior national investigative correspondent for the Scripps Washington Bureau, joined The Show to talk more about the investigation.
