Mexican Food Museum Set To Open In LA In 2019

What may be the tastiest museum you ever visit is expected to open in the middle of next year.

La Plaza Cocina calls itself the country’s first museum and teaching kitchen dedicated to Mexican cuisine. It’ll be part of the larger La Plaza de Cultura y Artes in downtown LA’s historic El Pueblo district.

The Show spoke with Jessica Ureña, development manager for special projects at La Plaza de Cultura y Artes, about where the idea for this museum came from.
