The Arizona Supreme Court announced on Tuesday it will hear a controversial medical marijuana case that stems from the arrest of a patient in 2013.
The case centers on cannabis extracts, and whether those count as medical marijuana under Arizona’s law.
Oral arguments are scheduled for March 19 at 10:00 a.m. It will be held in the Armstrong Great Hall at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
