In Wake Of Don Shooter Expulsion, Still No Code Of Conduct At Arizona Legislature

When Representative Don Shooter was expelled by his colleagues during the 2018 legislative session — the first such expulsion in more than 25 years — it was seen as a sign that lawmakers had raised expectations for their colleagues’ behavior.

The next phase was supposed to be the creation of an official code of conduct, but that never happened.

Dustin Gardiner of the Arizona Republic wrote about that recently and was with The Show.
