Does A Forecast For Slowing Global Economy Affect Arizona?

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has cut its forecast for global growth for 2019, citing higher interest rates and higher trade tensions.

The IMF now estimates global growth for this year to be 3.5 percent, down from 3.7 percent last year. So, how might that affect Arizona and the Southwest?

To find out, The Show was joined by George Hammond, director of the Economic and Business Research Center in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
