The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has cut its forecast for global growth for 2019, citing higher interest rates and higher trade tensions.
The IMF now estimates global growth for this year to be 3.5 percent, down from 3.7 percent last year. So, how might that affect Arizona and the Southwest?
