Chemistry Professor: Chemicals Not Necessarily To Be Feared In Food, Vaccines

There are increasing efforts in some areas of the country to limit how many vaccinations children receive, to the point that certain diseases — like measles — are popping up more frequently, including a current outbreak in Washington state.

In the Arizona Legislature, Rep. Paul Boyer has stepped in with a bill that would require chemicals in vaccines to be listed. Boyer said he doesn’t think anybody "should be afraid of more information and what’s in these vaccines we’re giving to our children."
