Arizona Sen. Michelle Ugenti-Rita is taking aim at another aspect of voting in Arizona.
One of her proposals could result in voters being removed from the Permanent Early Voting List. Failure to participate in at least one of the primary or general elections in two consecutive election cycles would lead to a voter being purged from that list. And that generated some passionate testimony before a Senate committee this week.
