Last month, President Donald Trump stood in the U.S. House of Representatives and gave his second State of the Union address. And, over the last few weeks, we’ve heard State of the State and State of the City addresses from leaders around the country.
But many of you might not know about another national address that takes place every year — the State of the Indian Nations.
Tuesday night, National Congress of American Indians President Jefferson Keel gave the address, which was followed by New Mexico Rep. Deborah Haaland.
