E-cigarettes and vaping have apparently made smoking cool again, as the latest numbers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention show tobacco use by young people is on the rise.
Nearly 5 million middle and high school students used tobacco products last year, with 1.5 million more of them trying e-cigarettes than in 2017.
