U.S. trade policy has changed dramatically over two years of the Trump Administration, with modifications made to some agreements.
Tariffs have been placed on allies and adversaries alike and pressure has been applied more strongly to China.
The Show spoke with trade expert and Dartmouth Professor Douglas Irwin when he was at ASU’s Tempe campus. Irwin is also author of the book, "Clashing Over Commerce: A History of U.S. Trade Policy."
