Even as Hacienda HealthCare transitions to state oversight after a patient was raped and gave birth at a Phoenix facility, more troubling information has come to light.
An investigation by the Arizona Republic found the care facility’s board members have used the nonprofit to boost their own businesses and to hire family members.
