There is a loophole in Arizona’s law regarding protective injunctions for victims of sexual assault, and a bill attempting to close it had the support of every Republican in the state Senate last week.
Senate Bill 1250, introduced by Tucson Democrat Victoria Steele, would change the state law around injunctions against harassment. And Sen. Steele joined The Show to talk more about it.
Sen. Steele’s bill passed through the Senate last week unanimously and now goes to the House for consideration.
