President Trump has had an enormous impact on the U.S. Supreme Court, appointing Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. He has also claimed to have a huge influence on the lower courts as well, though that is much more difficult to quantify.
From a philosophical standpoint, that may be true, but not from a pure numbers perspective.
