Earlier this week, it was announced that there would be no recall election for Phoenix Councilman Michael Nowakowski.
While the Urban Phoenix Project PAC collected enough signatures to force a recall election, Nowakowski’s sister filed a lawsuit challenging the effort — and a judge ruled in her favor.
