A Remote Arizona Bombing Range Is Pulled Into The Border Wall Controversy

The debate over the border wall has been about everything from funding, to immigration, to the environment. Now  a new report from the Washington Post reveals it’s also about a remote military bombing range in the very southeast of our state.

The Barry M. Goldwater Range abuts the border near Yuma and the Cabeza Prieta National Wildlife Refuge, and the training ground is intended to be the future site of a 31-mile border barrier to be built with military funds.

Paul Sonne reported this story and spoke The Show about it.
