Affordable Care Act Could Be Struck Down After Federal Appeals Court Ruling

In a filing Monday night in a New Orleans federal appeals court, the Trump administration launched a new offensive against the Affordable Care Act.

EDITOR'S NOTE: This story and headline have been modified to clarify that the courts can strike down the Affordable Care Act, not the Department of Justice.
