Arizona's uncertain water future is one of the greatest challenges that the area faces. The Drought Contingency Plan, while hotly debated, is just one step in preparing for that future.

A conference taking place this week is gathering water-related decision-makers from across the country to explain what they’re thinking about when it comes to understanding and prepping for the future. One of the panels at the 10 Across Water Summit is titled "Decision-Making in Uncertainty."

The Show spoke with one of the participants — David Groves, senior policy researcher with the RAND Corporation and co-director of RAND’s Climate Resilience Center.

Steve Goldstein was a host at KJZZ from 1997 to 2022.
