President Donald Trump has shaken up U.S. trade policy ever since his administration took over the White House. That includes moving on from certain agreements and applying tariffs to allies and adversaries alike.
One of those agreements is NAFTA, which trade representatives tore up to pivot toward the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement — or USMCA.
USMCA remains on hold, waiting for congressional approval. But the North American Research Partnership and the Cross Border Group have produced a report on how the USMCA would affect Arizona.
