Embry Riddle Aeronautical University’s 29th annual Airline Quality Rating came out on Monday.
Done in conjunction with Wichita State University, the study looks at the performance and quality of the United States’ largest airlines.
To talk about what they found, Brent Bowen, a professor of Aeronautical Science at Embry Riddle and a co-author of the study, joined The Show.
