New Book Asks Why So Many Incompetent Men Become Leaders

Why do so many incompetent men become leaders?

Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is an organizational psychologist, a professor of business psychology at Columbia University and University College London and chief talent scientist at ManpowerGroup. The title of his new book, " Why Do So Many Incompetent Men Become Leaders? (And How to Fix It)," bluntly wonders about why women are so underrepresented in positions of leadership.

Chamorro-Premuzic spoke to The Show about how we often confuse displays of confidence with competence and why we continue to make that mistake.
