U.S. Attorney General William Barr was busy on Thursday morning holding a press conference related to the release of a redacted version of the Mueller investigation. But, a few days before that, Barr issued an immigration-related policy reversal for asylum seekers.
Now, they can be jailed indefinitely waiting for their claims to be processed.
To talk more about the potential impact of that change, The Show was joined by Jan Ting. He is a law professor at Temple University and formerly worked for the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
