The Tempe City Council has cut down the list of potential new members from 49 to three finalists.
Whoever is picked will fill the seat left vacant when the council kicked out Kolby Granville for violating the city’s code of conduct. The three finalists are Don Cassano, Arlene Chin and Shereen Lerner. One of them is likely to be appointed on May 9.
To talk about the candidates, The Show spoke with Paulina Pineda of The Arizona Republic, who’s been covering this story.
