You can buy almost anything online — and many people do. But, that doesn’t mean brick-and-mortar retailers are just closing up shop.
In fact, the International Council of Shopping Centers said its members are adapting to both the changing digital and physical environments. Some of those changes are on display starting on Sunday at the group’s annual conference in Las Vegas, including more mixed-use properties and "click and collect" shopping.
Tom McGee, the group’s president and CEO, joined The Show to talk about this.
