The U.S. job market is at a point of being called full employment as, technically, there are more openings than people looking to fill them. And that has generally meant strong numbers across the demographic spectrum.
Unemployment among Hispanics was at a record low 4.2 percent in April. Arizona’s number aren’t nearly that strong, though.
