Arizona Health Officials Combat Hepatitis A Outbreak, Work To Stop Spread Of Measles

Last week, two people died as a result of an outbreak of hepatitis A in Arizona. The outbreak has been growing since fall last year, and is currently up to 339 cases, according to the Arizona Department of Health Services.

The viral disease is threatening, in particular, a growing homeless populations in Arizona, and has even spread to two inmates in Arizona correctional facilities.
